Feeling lightheaded after your last lift? Don't want to figure out what weight plates to use next? Barbell Helper is here to help!

Enter the weight you want to lift and Barbell Helper will display the weight plates you need. Already put plates on the barbell and want to double-check your math? Tap on the plates you used and Barbell Helper will display the weight.

Interactive barbell loading

  • Use the interactive barbell to see the combined weight of a barbell and plates.
  • Tap on plates to add them to the barbell.
  • Tap a plate on the barbell to remove it.
  • Each tap updates the weight.

  • Use a keypad to enter the weight you want to lift.
  • Barbell Helper will display the plates to use on the interactive barbell.
  • You can then add and remove plates by tapping on the plate buttons.

Settings

  • Add 5kg/11lb to the barbell weight using the Olympic Collars toggle in the Settings menu.
  • Separate inventories for kilo and pound weight plates and barbells.

Barbell Management

  • Manage your barbell inventory by adding and deleting barbells.
  • Set a default bar by tapping the star button.

Plate Management

  • You can set the quantity and color of each plate in your inventory.
  • Choose from a list of 22 colors to make the plates easy to identify
  • Barbell Helper supports the following plates:

kg:

0.125, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25

lb:

0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 35, 45, 55, 100
